- Regulation Check Organise for you, or work with you to ensure the property has all the required certificates e.g. Gas Safety, EPC, HMO and Electrical Safety
- Accompanied Viewings both during and out of office hours
- Tenant Referencing Credit Checks of Tenants and Guarantors when required
- Prepare a Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and Deed of Guarantee when required
- Collect Deposit & 1st Month’s Rent Fees deducted from 1st month’s rent
- Register Deposit with Protection Service in accordance with current Government guidelines
During
- Create & Provide Inventory with colour photographs and detailed descriptions which will be signed by Tenant and a staff member * Extra Cost Please see below
- Check In Inspection with the tenants present
- Notify Utilities & Council of change of tenancy

- Transfer Deposit to your account so that you have control at the end of the tenancy
